The G.R.I.T Program
Our 8-week informative cognitive therapy-based mental & emotional wellness program allows individuals & groups of participants an extraordinary experience to develop and discover their own internal GRIT & Resilience. We utilize, guide, inform & educate community members about foundational therapy methods such as healthy thinking patterns, mindfulness, rediscovering personal value & worth, managing stress, anxiety, anger, managing life after trauma, PTSD, grief, boundaries & many more.
