Healing Minds & Hearts is a grassroots group that advocates for individuals to develop personal mental and emotional resilience and grit.
Our G.R.I.T program includes our 8-week informative cognitive therapy-based mental & and emotional wellness program that helps group participants. We have handcrafted a workbook focusing on the core needs to induce breakthroughs in numerous ways.
We are part of the solution to help bridge the gap, and engage and elevate our community; especially those waitlisted, burnt out, and under-supported community members. We can help better equip them to cope with life’s challenges and endure the hopelessness of mental exhaustion, fear, depression, and stress.
