The G.R.I.T Program
Our 10-week informative cognitive therapy-based mental & emotional wellness program that helps groups of up to 14 participants. We utilize local mental health professionals to guide,inform & educate community members about foundational therapy methods such as healthy thinking patterns, mindfulness, value & worth, managing stress, anxiety, anger, trauma, PTSD, grief, boundaries & many more.
